I love this book for so many special reasons, enlightenment being a top one. Lighter guides anyone seeking self-improvement through the process of releasing the past and taking power of the future. Yung Pueblo does an amazing job of explaining self-healing, letting go, rising above the ego, and how important it is to do the work in order for a greater outcome. I recommend it to anyone looking towards self-improvement and engaging in a healthy relationship with themselves, as well as with others.
