Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what security measures we use to safeguard Your Personal Information. You agree to keep Your password and other account login/access information secure, and You accept all responsibility for access to Your account by any third party that You provide Your password and/or account access to.

This notice describes our current privacy policy (the “Policy”), which applies to everyone using the My Love Design website (“Website”), Digital Services, bespoke services, attending or participating in in-person or online/digital events, and other services (collectively, “Services”), including our members, subscribers, affiliates, and partners.

We have reasonable, industry-standard, appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect Your Personal Information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of storing electronic information, can be 100% secure. Information We Collect About You 
In order to provide significant information and assist you with meaningful connections, we need to collect certain information about you. Information we collect from you may include:

• Information You Provide: We receive and store information you submit through use of our Services or Website, or that you give us in any way (“Personal Information”). We ask for basic information from you in order to setup your account and provide a name and email address and payment information required to process payment transactions or information you provide when you respond to surveys or communicate with us. • From Your Mobile Device: We receive device and location identifiers when you access the Website using a mobile device. If you permit the Website to access location services through your mobile operating system, we may also collect the precise location of your device when the Website is running in the foreground or background. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you aren’t using the services if the permission you give expressly permits such collection. If you decline such permission, we will not collect your geolocation. To the extent provided, we may, with your consent, send SMS messages or push notifications to your mobile device. You may opt out of receiving such messages and disable such features at any time. However, please note that by doing so, the Website may not recognize you as a registered user and may affect your experience.

• Information from Other Sources: We may also receive information about you from other sources, including other subscribers, affiliates, third-party website analytic tools, which collect information about visitor traffic, log file information generated when you access or use the Website, and other metadata and in some instances, geolocation information. We may combine that data with information we have collected.

How We Use and Share Information

Definitions

“Personal Information” includes but is not limited to a username, account number, email address, IP information and any data entered on or through, or submitted by you, on the Services including address and payment information.

“Special Categories of Personal Information” is defined as data revealing health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, personal relationships or sexual orientation. We may ask You to submit information that falls into “Special Categories of Personal Data” in connection with Services, including bespoke and customized services, event attendance, and any background checks we conduct. Also, if You may place an order that has as the shipping address a location such as a house of worship, a hospital, a campaign office and/or a work-related address, or use an IP address with such location, You may provide information and/or data such Special Categories of Personal Information incidentally or manually.

We also collect, retain and use content that You manually submit to us, in the form of reviews, comments, questions, answers to questionnaires, photographs and feedback (“Customer Content”) which may contain Personal Information and data that is deemed Special Categories of Personal Information; pursuant to our Terms of Use, You grant us certain rights regarding Your Customer Content. We may share Customer Content on our Online Services, and Your Customer Content may contain Your manually submitted personal information. We will endeavor to obtain Your consent prior to posting a testimonial with Your name.

We may also collect “Interactive Data”, meaning browser type, Internet service provider, Product type/model/manufacturer, operating system, date and time stamp, and a unique ID that allows us to identify Your browser, pages You visit, Your cell service/wifi provider or Your account (including, for example, a persistent identifier), and other similar information; You consent to such collection so that we can provide You with the Services, relevant and/or requested Content, data, information and communications. To improve our Services and avoid errors, we may obtain certain analytical information including records of the user sign in process, as well as login and logoff times, object loss metrics, test processes, button and action data and related information; such data may be shared with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or other third parties, so we can provide You with the Services, information, memberships, subscriptions and data You want to receive, error-free. We may use the information to analyze site usage, administer the site, understand usage and navigation trends in the aggregate, and determine interest in our products as well as the relevance of content. IP addresses are also linked to personally identifiable information, to better a user’s experience when using the Services.

You agree that all Special Categories of Personal Information, Customer Content and Interactive Data can and may be treated, handled, saved, archived, used and shared in the same manner that Love Design Services treats, handles, saves, archives, shares and uses all Personal Information, and that all references to Personal Information in all sections of this Agreement other than this Definitions section shall be interpreted as including and incorporating Personal Information, Special Categories of Personal Information, Customer Content and Interactive Data.

Our Uses

We use your Personal Information in order to deliver and improve our Services. We also use your Personal Information to provide you with information that may be of interest to you. We may use and share your Personal Information (including aggregate and anonymized information) as follows:

• To Improve the User Experience: We may monitor and analyze activity, metrics, and trends, and use your Personal Information to: (i) verify when you access your account, facilitate payments; (ii) create new feature or data-related products and service offerings; (iii) learn how the Website or Services are used; (iv) develop, maintain, and improve your user experience; (v) understand how you use the Website to deliver relevant content to you; (vi) analyze your profile and that of other users to recommend meaningful connections and to show users’ profiles to one another; (vi) streamline the Website by storing your access credentials and log file; (vii) make suggestions and provide a customized experience; (viii) fix technical errors, update the Website, and other internal operations; (ix) perform background checks and other security protocols and (x) communicate with you about our Services, including customer service, order management, billing, and notifications. You expressly authorize and consent that we can make any commercial use of Analytical Data, which is defined as any anonymized and/or depersonalized data, including without limitation, sharing the Analytical Data with third parties, and that all Analytical Data is included in the definition of Personal Information herein. 

• For Third Party Service Providers to Help Us: We may employ other companies (including affiliates within our network) to perform functions on our behalf. These service providers and affiliate companies have access to personal and business information needed to perform their functions but are not authorized to use it for the benefit of third parties. We do not provide any of your non-public information (such as payment information, password details, or your IP address) to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. We may also disclose your Personal Information to assist us with technical processing, customer service, marketing, advertising, financial and accounting assistance, securing our data systems to combat fraud, spam, or other wrongdoings, or to assist us with improving our Services. We may make you visible on various Services to assist you with creating significant connections with others. We may from time to time use services such as Google Analytics and SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY to better understand our users’ use of our Online Services, procedures, information and content. SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as any text You type in these Online Services. SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY does not collect Personal Data that You do not voluntarily enter on or through our Online Services. SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY does not track Your browsing habits across web sites which do not use SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY services. For more information see the Privacy Policy for Information Collected by the SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY Web Analytics Service. We are using the information collected by SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY service to improve the Online Services experience and our products, and for necessary purposes of maintaining the security of our Online Services. You can choose to disable the Service at _____________________ and You can use customization features in Your Product browser to manage information including Personal Data collected by Google Analytics and SERVICEPROVIDERENTITY.

• For Protection of Love Design Holdings and Others: We may use collected information to enhance the safety and security of the Website and our other users. We will always ensure there is a lawful basis for processing your Personal Information. For example, we may need to gather your data to respond to a subpoena or court order or assist law enforcement. If You wish to update or delete Your Customer Content You can contact us at privacy@mylovedesign.com; before we delete Personal Information, Special Categories of Personal Information, Customer Content or Interactive Data that You claim as Yours, or otherwise have the right to request deletion of, we may request authentication information from You in line with our standard practices, and we may use and retain such information in connection therewith, and for security and other necessary purposes.

• In a Merger or Sale: Your Personal Information may be shared as a company asset in the event of a potential sale, merger, acquisition, or other change of control. If we transfer any of your Personal Information in such circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure your Personal Information and data remain protected as we transfer such information. We hold no obligation to notify you in connection therewith, but reserve the right to do so in our sole discretion.

• With Other Users: When you voluntarily upload your Personal Information, share it in a digital or in-person event or otherwise communicate it, including sharing your Personal Information with other users in your member profile, they will have access to that information. It is up to you to be careful to only share information that you’re comfortable sharing publicly since neither you nor we can control what others will do with your Personal Information. You have the option to change the visibility and the audience for your profile, and then, going forward, your Personal Information may be visible according to your settings. For your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity when discussing your account.

How Does Love Design Holdings Protect Your Personal Information and How Can You Help?
Love Design Holdings will use reasonable efforts to effectively maintain adequate security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized use, dissemination, modification or loss. We will only hold your Personal Information and other data for as long as is reasonably required for the purposes for which we may lawfully use that Personal Information or data. The only reason we may hold your Personal Information for longer is where we are required by law to do so.

You agree that information you provide may be seen by others and used by us as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions (as they may change from time to time) which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety. As with all digital platforms and the Internet at large, we cannot control and are not responsible for how others use your Personal Information. Currently Love Design Holdings does not engage in this type of disclosure.

Please not in order to exercise your rights to know and delete, we must be able to verify your identity. Additionally, we may no longer be able to provide you our products or services or engage with you in the same manner should you exercise the right to delete your Personal Information.
